How to take up residence

The following may take up residence in the incubator or access its services:
. natural persons who are on the point of completing a business plan with innovative contents;
. corporate spin-offs or new businesses established less than one year prior to the application date.
Business plans or enterprises that have for their purpose hotel activities, banking or brokering of goods cannot take up residence.
Those interested must submit an application specifying if they intend:
. to take up residence in the incubator
. to use the virtual incubation services
In the first case admission is normally through participation in a public competition of selection held once a year. If, however, the business plan is judged as being particularly worthy and space is available, temporary admission may be granted upon simple submission of application after positive assessment by the Incubator. Final admission is, however, always through participation in a public competition. The incubator executes a service contract with the tenant enterprises, which includes a services package and lasts three years with the possibility of renewal after another assessment.
In the second case the users are not resident in the incubator, but may use all the services of assistance, consultancy and training that it provides. To be virtually incubated, just submit an application and obtain a positive assessment from the incubator.
